How do I book a doctor or video consultation?

Open the app or website, choose a specialty or search a doctor, pick an available slot, and confirm. You'll get a reminder and a join link for video consults.

I can't log in / forgot my password

Use “Forgot password” on the login screen to reset by email OTP. Patients can also sign in with phone OTP or Google. If you're still stuck, raise a ticket below.

How do payments, invoices and refunds work?

Payments are taken at booking or billing. Every charge produces a downloadable invoice. Refunds follow our refund policy — see the Refund Policy page or raise a ticket with your booking ID.

Where are my prescriptions and lab reports?

All prescriptions, lab and radiology reports live under your dashboard, grouped by visit (episode). Each OduDoc document carries a verify-QR so anyone can confirm it's genuine.

I'm a doctor / clinic — how do I join OduDoc Pro?

Register as a professional, complete KYC, and set your consultation fee and slots. Once verified you can take teleconsults, home visits, and (for clinics/hospitals) OPD. See the doctor guide for a full walkthrough.

How is my health data protected?

Your history is only shared with a clinician after you consent at the time of the consult. We don't expose phone numbers between users — in-app calling and messaging use @usernames. See our Privacy Policy.

Is this for emergencies?

No. OduDoc is not for medical emergencies. If you or someone else is in danger, call your local emergency number immediately, or the OduDoc helpline below for guidance.
